Privacy Policy

Plynth is built to run on your own machine. The short version: your game data never leaves your computer, and the only personal information we hold is what is needed to sell you a subscription and keep it working.
What we collect
| Email address | To send your activation code, download link, receipts and service notices. |
| Subscription status | Whether your subscription is active, and when it renews or lapses. |
| Device identifier | A non-reversible fingerprint of each device you activate, so we can enforce the three-device limit and let you release a device. |
| Payment details | We never see or store these. Card data is handled entirely by Polar Software Inc. and its payment providers. |
What we do not collect
- Your campaigns, notes, maps, characters, audio or any other game content. These are stored as ordinary files on your own computer and are never uploaded to us.
- Anything from the Plynth Ryng camera module. It processes images on your own device and never transmits them.
- Analytics or behavioural tracking inside the application.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We process the information above to perform the contract you entered into when you subscribed, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who else sees it
Only the services required to run the subscription: Polar Software Inc. (payments and merchant of record), our email delivery provider (to send your activation code and receipts), and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and licence servers). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as your subscription is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax and accounting records.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@plynth.gg and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account ends the subscription.
Children
Plynth is not sold to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
